We were approached by an asset servicer that was looking to enhance its capabilities in the private equity real estate (PERE) space and offer new services to its clients. The client recognized that its existing operating model was not effectively supporting these goals and needed to be revised. The client had a clear expectation of knowledge on project management, external software management, and business analysis expertise to deliver the necessary solutions.
We supported the client on the implementation of the proposed road map. Our client enabled efficiency through the consolidation of its different departments (Tranfer Agency, Fund accounting and Custodian services).The client generated a new agility and transparency. As a team, we were tasked with helping our client implement their proposed road map, which involved consolidating their different departments, including Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, and Custodian Services.
